No provider-patient relationship through this website
Browsing this website, reading its content, submitting an appointment request, or contacting us through the website does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship with Alliance Psychiatric Group. A relationship is established only when care is agreed upon through our normal intake and scheduling process.
Appointment requests
The online appointment request form is a way to ask our office to contact you about scheduling. Submitting the form does not guarantee availability and does not confirm an appointment. A member of our staff must reach out to confirm scheduling, visit type, and any other details. For urgent scheduling questions, calling the office is often the fastest option.
Emergencies
Alliance Psychiatric Group does not provide emergency services through this website. If you are experiencing an immediate medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, you may also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
