His journey in medicine commenced with an MSN, PMHNP-BC from California State Long Beach, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude between 2013 and 2015. Not content to rest on his laurels, Dr. Morar pursued further excellence by obtaining his Doctorate (DNP) from Chapman University from 2016 to 2018, once again achieving Summa Cum Laude honors. This strong educational foundation has been pivotal in shaping his career, equipping him with a robust understanding of both the science and the art of psychiatric nursing.

He finished is masters degree at California State Long Beach and his doctoral degree at Chapman University. Dr. Kelly graduated from California State University of Long Beach, and Chapman University, with over 18 years of clinical psychiatric experience. Dr. Kelly’s psychiatric services include out-patient medication management, in-patient stabilization, tele-medicine, substance dependence, opioid maintenance/anti-craving (Suboxone, Subutex, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol), and residential psychiatric medication management and detoxification. Affiliations with Mission Hospital Laguna Beach, and Orange County Psych. Associates (OCPS).
Dr. Farhad Nikoo
DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP
Dr. Farhad Nikoo is dual board-certified as a Psychiatric, Mental Health, and Family Nurse Practitioner. He earned his Doctorate of Nursing Practice and a post-doctorate degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health from Brandman University, affiliated with Chapman University. Additionally, he graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Dr. Nikoo boasts a comprehensive history of working across various healthcare settings, including emergency departments, intensive care units, family practices, psychiatric and mental health care, and addiction medicine. His experience spans both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, covering areas such as addiction medicine, Crisis Stabilization Units, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP).
He views psychiatric disorders as conditions of the central nervous system that necessitate a solid understanding of neuroscience, neuropharmacology, and genetics. Dr. Nikoo adopts a holistic approach that considers both physical and mental health aspects.
